Reservations
To request a reservation, click on the appropriate box for your needs. By sending a reservation request, you agree to the SWK policies listed below.
- A reservation request cannot guarantee an appointment. An email will be sent within 24 hours of request with either confirmation or further correspondence to the email address entered in the request form.
- For private pool parties, lifeguard(s) must be reserved for a minimum of two(2) hours.
- If the customer dismisses a lifeguard before the end of the scheduled event time, the customer must still pay for the entire scheduled event time.
- If the lifeguard service continues beyond the alotted time, the customer must also pay for the additional time. (In such circumstances, there will be no change in pay rate.)
- CANCELLATIONS: A customer may cancel a service request at any time more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment(s) at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment(s) will require the customer to pay the full fee for the alotted time of all scheduled contractors.
- If any pool participants have special needs or disabilities, it is strongly recommended that the customer notify the teacher or lifeguard before or at the time of arrival.
